Once an order is submitted, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before shipping.
Orders typically take 3-4 weeks for preparation and 2-3 weeks for shipping, depending on your chosen shipping method. We recommend placing your order at least two months in advance for timely delivery.

Shipping costs are based on your location and the size of your order, ranging from $35 to $100. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
If you’re located in Canada, only the shipping fee applies. For orders to the USA, customs or import fees may apply, depending on your location. For other countries, we currently do not offer shipping, but stay tuned for future updates!
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, while expedited options may arrive sooner.
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
Yes! We offer free expedited shipping on orders over $500.
Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day or next-day delivery at this time.
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and ensure your flowers are delivered to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on dried and preserved flowers. However, if your order is damaged, contains an error, or if you are not satisfied with the quality, we will gladly replace or refund it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and include photos of any damage or quality concerns.
We do not accept exchanges for color or style preferences after 48 hours from order placement. Please review product descriptions carefully before making your purchase. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us!
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged during shipping.

To refresh your preserved flowers, you can blow-dry them with cold air from a blow dryer set on the cool setting. Hold the dryer 6-12 inches away from the flowers, and gently blow over them to remove dust or debris.
